Heather lives in Northfield with her family. When she is not working, she enjoys gardening, making cheese and yogurt from the milk of her family’s small herd of dairy goats, and exploring beautiful Vermont.

About K. Heather Devine

Heather was admitted to the Vermont Bar in 2017. She clerked for three years for Chief Justice Reiber at the Vermont Supreme Court. Following her clerkship, she worked for one year at a law firm in southern Vermont. She joined Tarrant, Gillies and Shems in October 2021 and supports the general practice of the firm. Her career prior to law school was varied and ranged from working in the nonprofit sector to research and publishing.
